unlock activation

Hello and don't be tired, my iPhone is in this state and it gives this error by hitting Apple ID.

iPhone 7, iOS 13

The phone is linked to another Apple ID and is therefore activation locked. Do you recognise the ID it is linked to? That's the icloud address with some characters blanked out. If it belongs to someone else you will need their help to remove the lock.
