The exercise ring is not working in my Fitness app or on my apple watch. I have done all of the recommendations on a couple of support pages found in a search and cannot figure out how to fix it. the "Workouts" line under my rings (on both my watch and the app) shows the miles walked and total time, etc. but the ring does not move.

I have done all of this. It started working the next day and then it stopped again...
What is my next step?
Unpair the watch and setup as new.
If your heart rate is not 75% of your max then you might not get Credit.
