Voicemail full when someone calls and it goes to voicemail, it says my voicemail is full. I have deleted messages and clear my deleted box, turned phone on/off, update is current. Any help fixing this is greatly appreciated.

Voicemail says full but it’s not full I’ve tried to find out how to make my voicemail accessible again after clearing all deleted messages. Nothing worked until I simply turned my phone off and restarted it again. Problem solved!
