Fitness + does not appear on my i phone or watch even after the update complete. I have a gen 3 watch with the Watch 7.2 update installed model A1858

fitness plus wont appear on fitness app I have updated my iPhone to iOS 14.3 and my Apple Watch to 7.2 yet, when I open the fitness app the fitness plus doesn't appear. what can I do to make it appear?
