Hello, i have an inquiry about a free one year Apple TV Subscription because I recently bought an apple product. When i try to redeem it it says 7 day free trial. Please help me

Users have to redeem the year offer within the first 3 months. An email from 24/09/2020 suggests that this time frame has passed by now.

Call apple for help - they will confirm you have 1 year free even if you start by signing in for free 1 week trial. That's what I did.
others look like they want you to BUY the film
The offer is for Apple TV+, the channel featuring Apple Originals. Those do not require additional payment.
Other content in the Apple TV app is not part of that subscription. Notably iTunes Store movies (buy or rent per title) will have to be payed for separately.
Your expectations may have been bigger than what was communicated.
There are Free shows - but not that many - I just watched feature film "Greyhound" with Tom hanks for free - but many others look like they want you to BUY the film!!! Not a great service so far - disappointing -

I redeemed this offer yesterday - 2/5/21 - I bought a new iphone and when you sign in to the Apple app the free offer came up.
