iPhone 6 iCloud locked.

My problem was with My iPhone 6 which I gave it To My cousin. I got My iPhone 6 I cant open it because OF the iCloud which he forgot the password

The only way to remove that account (his) from the device would be for him to login to the device and completely remove it. If he forgot his password, then - If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support.

Yes My nephew forgot the iCloud and at the same time the password. This is My problem with My iPhone 6. But one OF the Customer called me during My lunch, she told me To Go To Globe Store and ask for the serial number or the imei and sent it To here. Sim serial number was **** and the imei was ****. Please Help me that I can use My iPhone 6. Thank you.
