Your battery has reached the critical point of its life. It might have unpredictable behaviors and should be replaced as soon as possible (create a full backup of your iPhone, before the battery dies completely).

Make an appointment at an Apple Store or Authorized Service provider among this list, and have your battery replaced:--> Apple – Location Selector
