Apple Watch screen popped off???

My apple watch series one face just popped off. I have heard about swelling batteries. anyone have information on how to get it repaired/replaced?

Apple watch screen popped off I have an Apple Watch model A1554 Sport and my screen popped off. I read about the battery and it seems to be swollen--feels like a sponge.
