Why can't I update my iOS on my pad?
Why can't I update my iOS on my iPad. It says it has the latest version which is 10.3
This would seem to indicate that your iPad is a 4th generation iPad which cannot be updated beyond iOS 10.x.x.x. It does not have the components needed to run newer software.
