Move goal on apple watch

I just got an Apple Watch and I set the movement goal but now I want to change it. No matter that I do I can’t change it. Nowhere in the activity app does it say “change goal” and yes, I know for a fact that I am in the activity app and not the workout app. Nothing happens when I press the circle either. When I scroll down to the bottom there is nothing that says “change goal”
