I missed restoring back-up while setting up my new iphone, how can i do it now

You have to erase the phone in Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. After the phone starts up again, you will go through the entire set up process all over again and you will have to opportunity to restore the backup when you get to that point in the set up.
