i found my old device with my icloud on it to change password but still cannot
i have my old apple id on my ipad but cannot reset password can you help

What happens when you try to reset the password? Error message(s)?
For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
