I can't add an account

In the "Internet Accounts" panel, you can't add a Facebook or Twitter account. I enter obviously correct data (user name, password) when you click on "next", "can't verify account name or password" appears. The data is 100% correct, since I use it to enter the site. Help me fix it.

Hey there Feniks74,

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re having issues adding Facebook and Twitter to Internet Accounts on your Mac. We’ll be happy to help.

If you haven’t already, check for any updates to Mac OS X High Sierra using the steps in the following link. We’re not asking you to upgrade to a different version of macOS. Instead, we just want to see if there is an update to High Sierra:

How to update the software on your Mac

Then see if the issue occurs in safe mode or a new user account with the steps here:

How to use safe mode on your Mac

Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac

“Safe mode prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up, including login items, system extensions not required by macOS, and fonts not installed by macOS. It also does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility. And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed.” This and testing in a new user can help us resolve this.

Take care.
