F4 does not bring up the launchpad

Bought a used Macbook Pro (Mid-2010) recently and everything works flawlessly on it, except 1 thing....F4 does not bring up the launchpad. In older system like El Capitan work perfect. My macOs, High Sierra on MacBook Pro 6.2.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

I have installed Catalina with the DOSDUDE1 patch and everything works wonderfully!

And also the Launchpad key!

I do not know if this is legal where you reside, here in Argentina it is completely legal, thanks to all who spent their time helping me.

I have checked the keyboard configuration and it does not allow me to use F4 for Launchpad, it only allows me to use other keys but not the one that corresponds, in Macos Sierra it works out of the box without configuring anything but in High Sierra I reinstalled from scratch and it does not solve either, reinstalling older systems works fine.

The other keys, volume, brightness, keyboard backlight, work as expected, the key also works correctly only it does not work for Launchpad
