To my knowledge an HP Officejet 6700 premium is not an AirPrint-enabled printer which means you may need to contact HP for support: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support. Apple does not develop or maintain drivers for third-party products.

Try downloading the Big Sur driver for you model from HP's webpage here.

First uninstall the printer in the System preferences and reboot. Then install the new driver.
