Apple watch
I reset my Apple Watch and it is requiring my old Apple ID and password and I can’t remember what it was so I can hook my watch up to my new phone... what can I do??

Use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or if you're the watch's original owner, supply Apple with its purchase receipt and ask them to remove the lock.
