Calendar spam Link
I just recently got calendar spam and accidently clicked on the link but didn't go any further. After that I did a factory reset on my phone. Am I safe from viruses and other things? Or do I need to do more?

The only place I would check would be Settings>Calendar>Accounts>...and if present, remove any unwanted calendar accounts.
If you did not Jailbreak your iPhone you are safe.
