I cannot see the Fitness option on my fitness App - I have an iPhone 11Pro and iWatch Series 6 - how do I upgrade the App?

If the service is showing available in your country/region, you'll want to make sure the iPhone and Apple Watch are running the latest version (iOS 14.3 for iPhone, and watchOS 7.2) of software.
