Forgot passcode for Apple Watch

Hello, by mistake I deleted my Iwatch app from the iPhone and when I was using the iwatch I forgot the password and right now I can’t use the iwatch or pair it again to my iPhone unless I unlock the password on iwatch + I forgot the passcode for the iwatch can u please help me with a solution please
