I cannot sync my keyboard with my imac

I have a logitech bilingual keyboard K800 and cannot get it synced with my new iMac

iMac 21.5″, macOS 11.0

Are there any special directions on their website?

If not, simply turning on the keyboard, making sure Bluetooth is enabled on the computer and hitting the pair button there and whatever button on the keyboard to pair the two should work.
