iPhone 12, boot loop - hard reset doesn’t work

Hi,

I just got a new iPhone 12 which is stuck in boot loop after I tried restoring from my iPhone 7 to it.

(Before I restored the backup I chose configure as new iPhone, but later changed my mind)

However, it is not stuck in boot loop. I have tried forced restart and also getting it to factory reset mode but that doesn’t work. When I connect to computer and do the procedure it still boots on and on.

Whats my next step? Is there any official repair tool to use?

Follow this exact process at “If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up“

Take care to follow the button presses exactly. If it fails more than twice Get Support

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

I tried both ways but doesn’t work. When I connect to Mac it keeps restarting.
