You don't. If you don't know the passcode, all you can do is wipe the phone to get back into it. If you have a backup, you can restore to that backup. If you do not have a backup, you start out fresh. My iPhone is disabled - Apple Community

It’s too late. If you could do that, having a password protection would be useless.
