Trying to delete everything off my watch

Hey so I got a new phone because my old one broke but my Apple Watch is still set up but the Apple Watch app says it’s not connected to my phone. I want to sell my Apple Watch but I can’t erase everything on it if It’s not connected to my phone. What do I do?

Follow these instructions (scroll down to the second part, to do it without iPhone): https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204568

On your watch:

Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings

This will factory reset your watch.

No it would be completely factory reset at that point. If you paired it with your phone again it would be as if you were the new owner, but you might be given the choice to restore from a backup if you created one.

If you’re just going to sell it, it would be factory reset and be clear of any of your information - so nothing to worry about from there.
