I am not receiving all my emails from my account. It is saying my icloud storage is full but I still have alot of space available. How do I fix this?

How do I get all my emails sent to me to not bounce back to the sender?

Email Recently, my iCloud storage was used up and I couldn’t receive emails. I deleted a lot of emails that are still in the process of actually deleting. I also upgraded my iCloud storage in order to receive emails on my iCloud email. I don’t know if it’s glitching from all the emails I deleted, but I still am not receiving anything.
