I have Brother HL -L5200DW printer, and I'm printing from my iphone X. For some odd reason, the printer is pausing every several pages for about 2-3 seconds before finishing the entire printing. I usually need to print a package of 150 pages on a usual base, therefore this takes a really long time. I've tried to reboot, still the issue persists.

My Canon sometimes takes an unusually long time "preparing" - I would say both are printer issues (or glitches or simply that it needs to "think" about the task. You may want to check with Brother support.
