Blocking doesn’t work
I have blocked the same number and it worked before but now when I block someone it shows up on my blocked list but their messages still come through

We see that you have blocked a contact and they are showing up on your blocked list but messages from them are still able to get through. Making sure that you are not getting messages or engagement from contacts you don't want to hear from is very important. We're glad you reached out for help.

Do you have any call filtering apps installed on your device? If you remove them does the issue continue?
