Screen on my MAC is dark I can hear a noice in the background

It could be backlight of screen issue, try to reset SMC which could be solve the issue.
If it doesn't help, contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find opened near Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.
