iPhone 8 Plus cannot connect to WiFi

I have 2 iPhone 8 Plus. Both are updated to 14.2. One is having trouble connecting to my home WIFI network despite recognizing it. Tried restarting and resetting the network settings but none work. The other one is working fine. Need help.
