Free Apple TV+
I’ve been offered free Apple TV+ for a year, as a new customer and purchase of my new phone. When I try and activate, I get told only free for a week. How do I activate for the 1 year free please? TIA

- Redeem the offer first on your new Apple device, not on a different device.
- Redeem the offer within the first three months.
If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
