Can’t Update Watch

When I try to update my watch, it says it can’t because I need more MB space. I have offloaded every app that I can but still don’t have enough MB space to do the update. What do I do next to get this update on my phone or get rid of the update notification if I won’t be able to download it?

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this deletes temporary and corrupted files

and also re-indexes the file system freeing up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.
