Changing podcast artwork

Hello I am trying to change my podcast artwork - it was changed in Soundcloud and shows there but is not pulling through. I have read the thread below and want to do the actions you suggest Roger however I am just not sure 'where' to take them. Should I be taking the actions in Soundcloud or in apple itunes? where exactly do I log in in order to update the file name? Sorry if I am being obtuse;
