Update OS
I have a Mac desktop purchased in 2013, labeled in the About This Mac as late 2012. Can I update to Big Sur OS?
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15
Assuming this is an iMac, you must have an 2014 model to install Big Sur. The 2012 models max out as 10.15 "Catalina."
