Is there a way I can see my already deleted emails? And get them back on my phone

First check Deleted or Bin or Trash folder in your Mail app and if not there sign into your email account in browser on a computer and see if you can recover them. Use the help facility in the web site or Google “recover [your provider] deleted emails”
