iMac frozen

I'm downloading Big Sur. During restart it froze. What to do.

Force shut down the iMac by holding down the Power key for 5 seconds or until it shuts down. Then reboot and it should start up where it left off and continue with the installation.

Do you have any third party antivirus, cleaning or any other types of maintenance apps installed?
