Music and other issues

I don't know why but my Mac won't let me use my apple music from my phone. I don't know how to sink my whole phone to my mac. Even my messages too they are never up to date on my Mac. Also how do I my app store from not being disabled. I try to download apps and It says my account is disabled.

If your account is disabled, follow the steps in here:

If you see a message that says “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes” – Apple Support
