Hi, my new Iphone 12 Pro Max has just arrived and I am trying to set it up but it will not connect to my wifi. Other devices are fine, I have tried resetting network settings and it still will not connect!
Any advice?

This did not help, I was on the phone to your call centre for 20 + minutes and they cut me off whilst trying to pass me onto a more "senior" team member.
Not very helpful and I'm now back in the call centre queue!
