Cannot install macOS Big Sur

Whenever I attempt to install macOS Big Sur, it immediately comes up with 'Installation failed' An error occurred while installing the selected updates.

I've tried restarting the Mac several times. Currently on Catalina, and the Mac is eligible to upgrade. (MacBook from 2019)

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
