Safari page asks me to update

Hello, recently I wanted to download a YouTube video and a op-up window showed up that told me to update my flash, here's a picture. Can someone tell me if it's legit, and should I update it?

Hi Murph7y,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that you’re getting a pop-up in Safari saying to update Flash Player. We’re happy to provide some information.

Since the website does not match Adobe’s website for Flash Player, we suspect this may be a phishing attempt.

We suggest taking a look at this article: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams
