Magic Mouse 2 on Bootcamp/Windows 10 doesn't Scroll vertically or horizontally

I've tried the bootcamp drivers download and it helps the mouse do basic fucntionality (ie left and right click) but the premiere feature of the mouse, four way scrolling, is completely disabled. I tried a download that someone else posted in these forums a lont time ago, an app called Brigadier.exe, but that's not yielding results, either because the person's instructions were vague or the app just doesn't work.

Please help.
