Every time I press the app
i get a blank screen with the word Downloaded
I can’t view the tv

- Verify that your device is online (cellular or Wi-Fi).
- For cellular, verify that the Apple TV app is allowed to use cellular data.

- If none of these apply, then sign out of your account, then sign back in.
