Locked sim on my Ipad how can do I unlock it ?

Restart your iPad, then unlock your iPad then respond to the “Locked SIM notification”.
Then call your service provider and type the PUK.

What has caused the sim to be locked?
I was able to unlock the iPad
but again the sim is locked again!
