I can't connect a new device to the iPhone's Bluetooth

  1. What device are you trying to pair to the iPhone exactly?
  2. What happens when you try?
  3. Do you get any error messages? If so, what do they say exactly?
  4. Is the device set to pairing mode according to its own instructions?
  5. Has it been correctly unpaired from any other device it may be paired with?
