how can i trace my phone, i turned off find my Iphone

If you turned off Find My, you took away the ability for you to track you device. Sorry, but it's gone. You can still file a report with your local authorities and provide them the serial number of the device. Should it turn up and get turned into the authorities, they will get it back to you.
