Printer Stuck on Pause

Whenever I try to print with my HP LaserJet 3390 the printer is stuck in pause mode. I have tried restarting the printer, removing and readding the printer to my mac. Nothing is working. The printer was working fine a week ago and hasn't been updated since Oct 10, 2020. My mac is updated to mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H2). Please help
