Can't connect Apple Watch to my Apple ID

My Apple Watch is connected to a different Apple ID, I don’t know the email or password and have a new phone and can’t connect it to my new one?

I am trying to pair my Apple Watch to my iPhone I am trying to pair my watch to my IPhone. I no longer have the email address that I set the phone up with when I originally bought it and paired it with a iPhone I no longer have. trying to pair my apple watch with my new iphone I recently got a new phone and changed my apple ID email account. I now can not pair my apple watch to my new phone as it still has my old email address for my apple id.

Nothing you can do, to remove the activation lock you need that apple id that locked it.
