After upgrading OS 14.0.1 my iPhone percentage dropped to gradually to 1% and it doesn't change from that anymore. I have charged my iPhone many times after that and also rebooted it.

Have you seen recently your batterie's health? If not I highly recommend it, you can go to settings, then click battery, and then battery health.

The battery was broken after all. I went to the repair shop and they found that the battery didn't charge properly. So they changed new battery and my iPhone started working like it should.
Third party batteries generally show100% all the time or don't show health at all.
We never recommend any other place to have batteries replaced than Apple repair shops.
About genuine iPhone batteries
It is 100% healthy says settings.
It’s third party charger and the battery is also changed to third party, but it had functioned perfectly almost an year. Then it stopped showing the percentage right about the same time I uppgraded to OS 14. But it still charges the battery ok allthough it doesn’t rise the percentage.
I just checked it with an original iPad charger and cable, but it didn’t help with the percentage.
Is your charger an apple or a third-party, it could also mean that there is not power transferred, whether in the cable or the charger
Maybe that's the problem, if the battery is 3d party they are not ensured to work
