My USB SuperDrive is not working.

I already plugged my USB SuperDrive with my Mac book pro 2019, but it cannot work. It cannot even inject the disc. How can I fix this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Verify you are using Apple branded adapters to connect directly to the Mac, avoid using a hub/docking station
