Sinching my iPhone photos to my mini ipad

they don't sync with eachother as such they can both be set to sync with icloud or they can both sync with a computer

icloud is only 5GB free storage so if you run out then the sync stops unless you rent more space

Have you checked it turned on in your iCloud?
