Ringer Volume Goes down by its own

After upgrading my iPhone 11 pro max to IOS 14.0.1, the ringer volume goes down by its own. Any solution please

When I decrease the volume down to the desired level and lock the phone, it increases back to the Max. It doesn't happen all the time but few times a day. Sometimes this is related to Settings/Accessibility and turning off 'Attention Aware Features'. I did not notice it on IOS 14... but I did notice this on a previous IOS version.
