What do I do is a flashing folder with question mark appears and I’ve already done everything Apple support suggests and still doesn’t work?

If you want us to be able to respond, I suggest you state exactly what you have done, so we will know what to not suggest. Your computer is not seeing its operating system. When did this occur? Did anything change or happen prior to this happening? Also, when you say you did everything Apple suggests, how can we know that you did those things correctly? With some information, we may then be able to help you.
I tried the command and R keys to get to the disk utility and ran the tests, then tried reinstalling the MacOS, this happened 5 days ago
I tried this already and it still doesn’t work
